I bought my brisket in to get a suspicious bump looked at. The procedure was so much quicker than expected, he was awake (and drunk) soon after. Everyone was super nice and caring and I trust them with my pets 100%!!

They helped me so much with my leopard gecko and took the time to truly educate me and help my little guy! Dr. McCarron gave me an incredible amount of helpful advice and information, and I left feeling so much more confident about my gecko’s care. Allison was especially wonderful so friendly, respectful, and genuinely loving toward my gecko. You can tell this clinic truly cares about the animals they work with!

I recently adopted a 5 month old kitten who developed severe GI distress. All Creatures were able to see her on the same day, were super kind and helped us get a plan of action in place while answering our questions. They also cleaned her up and gave her the first doses of medication she needed. I called back a few days later on a Friday afternoon (near closing time) when the situation seemed to worsen and the vet tech was patient, calm and gave great advice. Wonderful care, reasonable prices and has a good, positive energy when you walk in. Thank you to Dr.McCarron, Danielle, and Allison for helping Molly!

The staff is so amazing! They always make me and my fur-babies feel extra safe and welcomed (and make the best spray cheese & beef liver charcuterie boards for my dog). THE BEST VET IN ALL OF CHARLESTON <3 100/10 recommend them!!!

My husband and I have an 8 month old rabbit that we brought in for his initial exam prior to his neutering. As new clients, we were waived the fee of the exam. I felt welcomed and was seen immediately even though I was early for my appointment. I was so fortunate that the vet tech is an avid rabbit lover, with three of her own at home. Racheal really educated me on how to take the best care of Honeybun. She gave me advice that really could end up saving his life in the long run. I didn't realize it but he did need some grooming that she did. Afterwards, he started grooming himself and I could tell that he felt better and happier with himself. The front desk is very friendly. I called to check on some additional information from my appointment and they were very accommodating.

My daughter has two rabbit pets. The current one has a cyst growing on her side. We went to several veterinary clinics in Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, and other places for checkups and potential surgery before All Creatures. So far, Dr. McCarron and her staff are the most experienced and kind among all. I very much appreciate them taking care of our rabbits.

My baby bunny was treated like a princess. All the doctors were very respectful and kind, and I am absolutely satisfied. A wonderful experience. I was also given treats for my rabbit after the appointment and a folder with care recommendations. I will only go to this clinic and recommend it to all my friends. The veterinarian administered the vaccine with a very gentle hand, my little one didn’t feel a thing and didn’t even flinch. I’m glad that thanks to your clinic, my rabbit won’t be afraid of vet visits.

I had a wonderful experience at All Creatures with my beloved bearded dragon, Simba. After he unfortunately ate some plastic, Dr. McCarron performed an X-ray and took the time to thoroughly explain the findings and our options. Dr. McCarron and the tech were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly, and I never felt rushed. What impressed me most was the follow-up care—they checked on Simba multiple times afterward at no extra charge. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I couldn't recommend All Creatures enough!

All Creatures is by far the best vet we have visited for Goose. We have moved around a bit and have been to quite a few vets over the past couple years, but these guys are really the best. They made Goose feel right at home and took their time talking with us about our concerns and his health. So happy to have found such a great spot right off the bat in our new home. The whole staff is friendly and helpful and the costs are very reasonable. Thank you All Creatures!
